How do I book an inspection appointment?

Online inspection booking is available 24/7, click the link to choose an available appointment date and time, payment is required to secure your inspection and the pre-inspection agreement must be signed prior to your inspection. What if my house fails the inspection?

A home inspection is not a pass or fail exam, it is a detailed visual evaluation of the accessible structure and installed systems to determine if there are defects, areas in need of repair or maintenance, or safety hazards. Each home is unique and will have specific recommendations detailed in a custom report.

How does the homeowner prepare for the inspection?
  • Ensure the inspector has access to all electrical panels, windows, appliances, back yard, all interior areas including attics and crawlspaces.
  • Check to make sure utilities are turned on: water, electricity and gas (if present).
  • Remove pets from premises.
  • Park vehicles outside the garage
Who can access my report?

Each client’s home inspection report is completely confidential. You may  choose to authorize us to provide a copy to your real estate agent.

What is excluded from the home inspection?
  • Low-voltage lighting or devices.
  • Smart home devices or monitoring systems
  • Centralized alarm or fire sprinklers
  • Lawn sprinkler and irrigation systems
