Our professional inspection is designed to give you peace of mind by understanding the current condition of your prospective property so you can make confident buying decisions. Our comprehensive on-site assessment follows the state-approved practices for inspecting the foundation, attic, crawlspace, roof, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems, exterior siding, insulation and ventilation. We test plumbing fixtures, installed appliances and GFCI’s. We encourage prospective buyers to attend the inspection if possible and are happy to answer questions regarding the inspection process or reported recommendations.
Thermal Imaging
Blue Granite uses infrared cameras during inspections to find hidden issues which can be expensive to repair.
This thermal imaging can detect moisture leaks within walls, insulation that is not performing as designed and other significant problems.
