Blue Granite Property Inspections LLC was established to provide exceptional inspection services in the Summerville/Charleston area. Our professional inspectors use advanced training and technology to conduct comprehensive inspections to detect and report safety hazards and structural defects. Our goal is to inspire new and experienced homeowners to confidently maintain their home or investment property. BGPI supports non-profit organizations including Water Mission, Doors to Freedom and Connie Maxwell Children’s Ministries.
Qualifications
Destine Hoover is a South Carolina licensed home inspector and owner of Blue Granite Property Inspections LLC. She passed the National Home Inspector Examination after completing training at the American Home Inspector Training School, and obtained additional certifications to conduct infrared inspections and commercial drone operation as a Certified Residential Thermographer and FAA Part 107 remote pilot. She is a Background Verified member of the national association American Society of Home Inspectors and served as an inspector for emergency disaster response.
